We honor those who served by offering independent living environments that support Veterans transitioning from homelessness or housing instability. Through collaboration with agencies and service providers, we help Veterans regain stability and self-sufficiency.

Individuals Experiencing Homelessness

CDF Property Holdings provides housing opportunities for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, focusing on safety, dignity, and long-term solutions rather than temporary shelter.

Returning Citizens (Re-Entry & Ex-Offenders)

Stable housing is critical for successful re-entry. We support individuals returning to the community after incarceration by offering structured housing environments that encourage accountability, employment readiness, and positive reintegration.

Domestic Violence Survivors

We provide safe housing options and referrals for survivors of domestic violence seeking a secure, confidential, and supportive place to rebuild their lives with dignity and peace.
