SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description

CDF Property Holdings, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an SMS messaging program that sends appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and customer support communications to customers who:

 

  • Book an appointment through our website or scheduling forms

  • Provide their mobile number

  • Explicitly opt in to receive SMS notifications

 

Opt-in is collected via web forms containing a dedicated SMS consent checkbox that is not pre-checked.

Messages may include:

2. Cancellation Instructions
